Wilton proudly announces the arrival of a brand new course,
Course 4 Advanced Gum Paste Flowers!
This course is designed to show the beginning decorator how to work with gum paste to create realistic looking flowers. It will also allow more advanced decorators to build on their skills and add wired flowers to their already vast knowledge of cake decorating techniques!
If you've already taken classes with us, we invite you back to sample the newest offering from Wilton. If you've never taken a class with us, please register & see what new skills you can learn in this new year!

Decorating Basics includes some new flowers and dimensional decorating along with some old favorites. With this class you will begin to build a strong decorating foundation and prepare for the other Wilton Courses.
Flowers and Cake Design is an introductory flowers course that teaches you how to successfully create and arrange flowers created from royal icing & gum paste. They have kept the ever popular basket weave but have updated some of the legacy flowers.
Gum Paste and Fondant will show you the basics on how to cover a cake in fondant, make fondant bows & borders, gum paste flowers, and so much more! For more details on what is taught in each course please click Classes.
